Thank you for shopping with us! All of our products are made to order to ensure quality and reduce waste. Please review our shipping policy below.

 

Order Processing (Print-on-Demand)

All items are custom printed after an order is placed.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days
  • Orders are produced and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner before shipping
  • Processing time does not include shipping time

During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.


 

 

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or weather conditions.


 

 

Shipping Rates

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Free shipping on orders over $50
  • Flat-rate shipping on orders under $50 (calculated at checkout)

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.

This is normal for print-on-demand fulfillment.


Delays & Carrier Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect address information.

If your order has not arrived within:

  • 15 business days (U.S.)
  • 25 business days (International)

Please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.


Returns & Exchanges (Print-on-Demand)

Because items are custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (wrong size, color, or change of mind).

We do offer replacements or refunds if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • There is a printing error
  • The wrong item was received

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
